Menu selection and pricing to be determined by event

Pierogi/Pirohy- Dumplings

Handmade dumplings filled with potatoes and cheese.  This is one of the most popular food items in many Slavic countries.  Can be served two ways...Boiled and then lightly sauteed in butter and onions or deep fried served with a side of sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.

Kielbasa- Polish Sausage

Traditional smoked sausage with a savory blend of spices and garlic.  Grilled and served on roll with Sauerkraut and mustard on the side.  

Haluski- Buttery noodles, sauteed cabbage, and onions.

A comforting, Old World dish made with tender egg noodles, sauteed cabbage, and onions, all tossed in butter and seasoned to perfection.  This simple yet hearty classic is a staple of Eastern Europe Cuisine.

Bleenie- Potato Pancakes

Grated potatoes mixed with onions and seasonings, fried crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.  Served with a side of sour cream or apple sauce.This delightful dish is enjoyed by various cultures around the world.  Many know them as Latkes, which is a Jewish term.  In our home and region, potato pancakes are known as bleenies.

A taste of all things Slavic in one dish— Smoked Kielbasa, Mini Pierogies, cabbage, onions, and butter! 


SIDE DISH

Potato Salad

 A traditional dish in Slovak cuisine.   This creamy and flavorful salad is a staple at Slovakian family gatherings and is often served alongside grilled meats or as part of a picnic spread. 

Cucumber Salad

A refreshing salad of cucumbers and onion in a sour cream dressing.  A frequent companion to many Slavic dishes.

Coleslaw

A delicious salad made with cabbage and shreds of carrots.  Dressed with mayo and seasoning.


DESSERT

Kolach- Pastry

Soft, pillowy pastry comes in many varieties.  Filled with either fruit, poppyseed, sweet cheese, or nuts. 

Dessert Pierogi

Handmade dumplings filled with your choice of sweet cheese, fruit, or chocolate.

Soda

  • American made craft sodas with Pure Cane Sugar.  
  • Multiple flavor options available including Cola, Root Beer, Birch Beer, Cream, Orange, Grape, and others.
